It lives in the lives an artist touches, both on screen and off it.Also Read: Moushumi Chatterjee: Dharmendra had a childlike soul, his smile was divine - Exclusive。    8月26日消息，近日有网友发帖爆料，小米手机的官方售后政策近期悄然做出了调整，网传新增的规则直接把二手流通的手机排除出了三包权益覆盖范围，消息曝出后引发不少数码用户的广泛讨论。    有用户反馈，小米最新公示的手机服务价格及服务政策细则里，针对非保修情形的条款，在原本不属于三包范围的情况清单里，明确新增了产品属于二手商品这一项说明。    条款里标注的二手商品定义覆盖范围极广，既包括用户购买时本身就不是全新机的产品，也包括从闲置资源交流社区、其他二手平台购买的产品，或是曾经经过官方回收流程的产品。     受这个调整影响的不只是基础法定三包权益，小米此前推出的只换不修、电池保等增值服务权益也适用同款说明规则。    只要用户原本享有权益的手机，后续发生过任何官方回收业务记录、个人转售情况，或是被用户赠予、转交给第三方使用之后，对应的只换不修和电池保权益都会直接失效。    

有趣的是，有网友发现上述新规又进行了调整，不属于三包范围的情况删除了关于二手产品/商品的相关表述，不过用户享有权益的手机，发生过任何回收业务、转售情况及赠予或转交第三方使用的也不能享受只换不修/电池保。     按照网传的调整规则梳理下来，这套政策落地后对普通用户的实际影响可以归纳为三点，覆盖绝大多数日常使用场景。    第一是如果通过个人二手交易、二手交易平台购买还在原本保修期内的小米手机，新机之后的官方免费保修资格直接作废，原本绑定的只换不修等增值权益也会同步消失。     第二是正常入手全新机自用的用户，只要后续不转手、不赠予他人，手机本身对应的法定三包权益，以及自带或自行付费购买的只换不修、电池保等增值服务，完全不会受到这次调整的任何影响，可以正常使用。         第三是如果用户把还在保的自用手机赠予亲友使用，哪怕机器完全没有经过任何交易流转，只是单纯转交第三方手里，原本附带的所有增值权益都会直接作废，后续也不再享受官方的法定免费三包服务，一旦出故障只能选择付费维修。

B |     针对外界流传的这些调整说法，截至发稿前，笔者专门通过电话渠道咨询了小米官方客服相关售后规则的具体情况，得到的回复是，小米手机的保修权益依旧是跟着产品首次激活的时间走，不会因为后续所有权流转直接作废原本的保修资格。
