三 | 记者 杜洋 摄    2019年，昌德红色教育基地建成，这个曾经藏于大山深处的小村寨，就此翻开红色文旅发展的新篇章。

四 | 基地紧扣“筹粮熬盐”主题，通过实景沙盘、红军雕塑、文化石、红军食堂等微景观，结合微党课等形式，让众多游客在红色文化熏陶中重温长征历史。学员和游客还能尝到根据红军诗句打造的“红军餐”——“大渡桥横铁索寒”是荞面，“野菜充饥志越坚”是时令野菜，再配上一锅用核桃花、农家菜熬制的“昌德土火锅”，在味觉里再“走”一次长征路。    基地建成投用后，四川长征干部学院阿坝雪山草地分院将这里定为教学点，一批批培训班落地。

五 | 大量学员前来学习，吃住都落在村里，也倒逼村子摸索适合本土的旅游发展路子。依托“党支部+合作社+农户”模式，昌德村确立“红色昌德、七彩甲足”发展定位，探索出“三合两分一统”旅游发展模式。        图为游客走进昌德红色教育基地参观。

六 | 记者 安源 摄    黑水县委党校高级讲师苏芸平时负责为学员讲课，也负责基地的讲解工作。她介绍说：“三合就是合作经营、合计收入、合力营销；两分，是住宿分户、餐饮分组，按照各家接待能力，把学员住宿分配到农户家中，餐饮由各组轮流承接；一统就是统一服务标准。

七 | ”这套机制落地，村里搭建起“党支部+合作社+农户”的利益联结机制，杜绝民宿低价恶性竞争，实行统一经营、合理分配、合力营销、分组服务，规范民宿管理，提升服务品质，不断拓宽客源市场。    依托这套运营模式，红色培训带来实实在在的收益。培训学员口口相传，又吸引不少亲友前来避暑、观赏彩林，进一步带动乡村旅游。

八 | 如今全村发展民宿接待户90户，床位742张，年接待游客超5.8万人次，旅游总收入达438万元，旅游收入占村民人均收入的比重近五成，越来越多民众在家门口吃上“旅游饭”。    “除了红色教育基地，我们还开发了红色体验线路，一条是较短的红军徒步体验路段，大概3公里；还有一条红军过昌德雪山原路线的体验道路，接近15公里，就是想让游客亲身感受当年红军行军的艰苦历程。
