八部门联合部署2026年度检验检测机构“双随机、一公开”监督抽查_我的网站

一 |     　　讯 市场监管总局8月20日消息，近日，市场监管总局联合公安部、自然资源部、生态环境部、交通运输部、水利部、海关总署、国家药监局印发《市场监管总局等八部门关于组织开展2026年度检验检测机构监督抽查工作的通知》（以下简称《通知》），决定在全国范围开展检验检测机构“双随机、一公开”监督抽查，强化检验检测活动监管，规范检验检测市场秩序，提升行业公信力，为经济社会高质量发展提供有力支撑。　　《通知》明确，2026年度检验检测机构国家监督抽查计划检查120家机构，包括100家获市场监管总局资质认定的检验检测机构和20家获省级资质认定的检验检测机构。

He plans to return to China after completing the program.    Widely known as a member of Huawei’s Top Minds program, the 30-year-old described his three years at the company as a valuable experience that sharpened his skills and allowed him to forge lasting friendships with colleagues.    Asked about the “Top Mind” label, Ning admitted that after joining Huawei, he realized he was not necessarily the most outstanding employee in terms of either technical ability or intellect. This led him to question whether he truly deserved the title.    In his own assessment, his strengths include a passion for research, a willingness to delve deeply into problems, a habit of getting to the root of issues, and an ability to simplify complex matters.    However, he also acknowledged several weaknesses, including an average memory, difficulty multitasking, a tendency to have many scattered ideas, and a mind that often jumps from one thought to another in both work and daily life.    Recently, Ning helped a relative sell freshly harvested corn. He described it as a completely new experience that gave him a deeper appreciation of the challenges faced by people from all walks of life.                    。抽查聚焦重点监管领域，其中，自然资源检验检测领域5家，生态环境监测或温室气体排放检验检测领域10家，机动车检验领域5家，水利水质监测领域5家，进出口商品检验领域10家，医疗器械防护用品检验检测领域10家，食品检验领域10家，珠宝首饰检验领域10家，室内空气甲醛检测领域5家，消防产品、危险化学品、烟花爆竹、移动电源及充电设备、劳动防护用品、建筑保温材料、儿童用品和适老产品、光伏产品等产品质量检验领域各5家，其他领域10家。　　《通知》要求，各省级市场监管部门要会同有关行业主管部门，围绕本级党委、政府工作重点，以直接关系人民群众生命健康安全、公共安全和潜在风险大、社会关注度高的领域为重点，科学合理组织本年度检验检测机构“双随机、一公开”监督抽查，并及时公开检查结果，形成有力震慑。　　《通知》指出，各检验检测机构要切实履行主体责任，对标对表开展自我风险排查，落实问题整改，降低运营风险。自查重点包括，检验检测活动是否符合国家相关法律法规的规定，是否遵循客观独立、公平公正、诚实信用原则；检验检测机构人员、设施设备、环境条件是否完备；项目分包是否规范；检验检测数据和结果是否真实、客观、准确、完整；管理体系运行是否有效；是否持续符合资质认定条件和要求等。各机构应按时完成自查和整改，相关材料按要求留存备查。　　《通知》强调，要严格落实“双随机、一公开”要求，确保检查过程科学规范、结果公正透明。要创新监管方式，强化智慧监管、信用监管和区域协同，充分运用大数据、物联网、人工智能等先进手段，深化信用风险分类结果应用，开展跨区域交叉检查，构建差异化、精准化、一体化的新型监管格局。版权申明：凡注有“”或电头为“”的稿件，均为独家版权所有，未经许可不得转载或镜像；授权转载必须注明来源为“”，并保留“”的电头。    。
